The name “Papasan”

The name comes from Jon’s grandfather, one of the Tuskegee Airmen. After the war he was stationed in Japan, where locals showed deference by calling him “Papasan” — an honorific for a respected elder, combining “papa” with the suffix “-san.” We honor that legacy by building technology with integrity and impact.
